Der weltweit erste geschlossene Geoterhmiekreislauf

Eavor-Loop™ ist ein geothermisches System zur sauberen Erzeugung von Energie. Es liefert grundlastfähig und regelbar Strom und Wärme und hat den geringsten Umwelteinfluss aller erneuerbaren Energiequellen. Unsere Bohrlochköpfe bilden hier den Übergang von Über- zu Untertage.

CO2-freie Gewinnung von Lithium

Zero Carbon Lithium™ ist das erste Projekt seiner Art und ermöglicht eine CO2-freie Gewinnung von Lithium in Deutschland. Das System setzt dabei auf das heiße Thermalwasser im Gebiet des Oberrheingrabens und verzichtet durch die Stromproduktion aus erneuerbarer geothermischer Energie im gesamten Prozess auf fossile Brennstoffe. Mit unseren API6A Kugelhähnen am Bohrlochkopf unterstützen wir dieses Projekt bei der Förderung des Lithiums.

Speicherung von Wasserstoff

Im Medium Wasserstoff steckt großes Potenzial. Je wichtiger das Medium für uns wird, desto wichtiger wird auch der Aufbau einer nationalen Reserve. In ersten Pilotprojekten rüsten wir daher Kavernenspeicher aus, um zukünftig das Medium Wasserstoff zu speichern (analog zur heutigen Untertagespeicherung von Gas).

HARTMANN VALVES - QUALITY FOR THREE GENERATIONS

Hartmann Valves GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of ball valves, pig valves and borehole flanges. Worldwide presence in the fields of oil, natural gas, petrochemicals, power plant technology, geothermal energy and other renewable energies are our references. Design, assembly and testing are carried out exclusively in our plants in Celle and Burgdorf-Ehlershausen. We maintain an active dialog with our customers, fulfill special requests and are considered a competent partner with our many years of experience.

INNOVATIVE CONVERSION OF AN AMMONIA FACTORY

We could not accept any risk during this project. With the wrong supplier we would have endangered the conversion, both technically and time-wise.

MAXIMUM SAFETY FOR NATURAL GAS STORAGE

On rare occasion when a Hartmann valve has not immediately been gas tight, we conduct some repeat cycles which allow the valve to settle to complete tightness again. Whereas previously, even when we greased the original valves every half year – they were still leaking.
